SWEET T

I had my surgery on June 22, 2009. The procedure wasn't bad at all. It is now day 3 and I'm not having the gas pains most pepole talk about. However, my throat and stomach is real sore. It really hurts a lot when I cough. I'm not hungry, but have to remember to drink like told to. I really think the protein shakes is keeping me from being real hunger. I'm just taking each day slow. It's great to read and listen to everybody story, but I've come to realize every story is different. So don't get discourage when you read a bad story, because it may not happen to you. I've tried just about every weight lost plan the world had to offer and they didn't work. I've altered my body and I'm determine to make this lapband work for me.
