girl right now I hit a plateau..Im stuck n afraid to even look at the damn scale lol I prob gained like 5 pounds, o well..I was soo close to the -50 mark but I screwd up..Imma pick it up after I graduate in 2 weeks lol...my tyical day would be a chocolate live right shake 4 breakfast, go to lucille roberts n hit the treadmill for 30 min and then so strength training for 30 min then have an orange and a banana for snacks...then have a salad for lunch or maybe fish and then another snack would be greek yougurt and then 4 dinner prob a lil rice or my live rite shake..wut bout u
