  1. :thumbup:Thank You I am on the fence about it. I want to lose the weight but the thought of having something inside of my body for the rest of my life is a little scary. But you do make a valid point that it can be removed should anything happen. Not to mention the problems from being obese are worse. The funny part: I never had health issues till I got pregnant for my second daughter. Before her I was in perfect health even though I was over weight. I have heard of another weight lose option from Kevin Trudeau There are clinics that you can go to that have a proven method of helping you get the weight off and keeping it off. By resetting your body's way of working. Research Kevin Trudeau's book Secrets to weight loss they didn't want you to know. I would like to try this but I have no idea where the clinics are. Nor how expensive they are. Thank you though you have definitely given me something to think about.
  2. Hi I am considering getting the lap band . My first question is Can it slip off? 2) After you lose the weight can you get it removed? I saw a woman getting plastic surgery and they had to work around the band because it had embedded itself into her stomach wall. The button thingy they inject the saline into. So I am a little nervous about getting something put inside my body. But I am almost 300 ponds and I have two little girls to chase and I am only 33. I believe I may be developing diabetes so I have plenty of reasons to get it. But I would like to know if it is safe.
