I cant really complain other then the gas pains in my back and shoulder, my throat is ruff affraid to cough but doctor said that i need to clear my lungs. Other then that great today is a better day already lost 6 pounds i no i shouldnt look at the scale yet but come on. Lol i do feel like im nine months pregnant and who thought 4oz every hour would make me full. ( but just for that hour ) thanks so much for all your input .
