girl I've been eating hard boiled eggs, salad with tuna, Lean cuisine (various kinds under 200 calories) Yogurt,.. I haven't had an energy drink all week and I REALLY WANT ONE!! .. I have 7.5 more lbs to go..I do like 5 miles or less a day walking... I do 2 walks in the day and then I do about a mile and half after work... and damn.. we just hit the weekend.. this is like a big test time for me.. My girls are comming over tonight cuz they wanna drink.. and from my understanding we can't drink for like 6 months till after the surgery.. so this is like one of my last times drinking.. I think I'll just stick to the Sugar Free Red bulls and Voldka... what about you?? have you walked the new bridge yet?? how was it? we should hook up and walk one day!
