Good morning! I am here Jes, my boss is out till later, and I don't have much to do so I am just kinda sitting here. Had my atkins shake, drinking some water now. I too have said this will be a good week, and I have vacation next week *yay* so Jes, if you can get me an interview that week....LOL JK.... Happy Monday everyone!!!

like Heather, I had the same surgeon as her and I have to loose 32 lbs pre surgery...so far down alittle over 18...I expect to have Surgery in Dec/Jan as well. -
i just did 45 mins non stop cardio...its called turbo jam. love it, im sweating down my face and my legs are shaking...i pushed the shit outta myself lol

okay seriously i feel like a failure today. b - venti coffee, 2 pieces of bacon, nibbled on some crumbs l - 1 chicken breast with HELLAV PITA CHIPS...thanks mom.... i feel bloated, and i feel like i wont last much longer...i guess my will power isnt as great as i thought,

breakfast - 2 pieces of bacon, venti skinny latte....which sucks is my ex brought me the coffee, i took one big swig and swolled...SWEETNESS!!! I look at the cup and he didnt get me sugar free!!!!! thanks alot. i had to go back to get the correct coffee, and forgot to say decaf.....whoopsie

morning jes! hi everyone else! just checking in, at 267 flat this morning, doesnt seem like i am loosing at all anymore. i may need to send my food log to Robin which scares me, because i dont eat alot....imma drink my 64 oz water today and just keep it cool.... have a nice sunday!!!

Hope you all had fun today!! As for me, yes but i ATE. B- 1 piece bacon, 2 turkey sausages and a venti coffee L- 1 BBQ chicken breast (plain no sauce), 3 and a half pork ribs plain, and a scoop of salad. 2 bottles of water and a diet pepsi.... D - not worried right now... maybe i didnt do TOO bad...i avoided the cakes and brownies!!

I rock, I took my mom and daughter to KFC/A&W, and i didnt get ANY FOOD nor take a bite...whhooo hoooo before I woulda just because it smelled good...i got a diet soda tho...LOL
