  1. I had a GREAT TIME meeting everyone today that I didn't know yet....well, that's everyone but Candra and Jess....lol!! Thanks for the shirt Candra hehehe! Nicollie, your fav jeans fit sooo nice!! LOL thanks again girl!! hugs! Monique I didn't realized your right next to me!! I am right off the Port Chicago exit; lets hit the gym soon!

    I hope to be banded by March! My doctor making me loose 35 lbs before he will band me (Kaiser insurance thing) and I keep bouncing between 10-5 lbs away!! I cant get the weight down it sucks!!

    Are you getting it done this month?

  4. I decided to explore my wonderful "On Demand" for Comcast tonight and I ended up doing : 20 min Cardio kick boxing 10 min Pilates Abs 10 min Pilates Legs/Butt lemme tell you, my legs are killing me!! lord help me and not make my legs sore tomorrow!!! How far is the walk we are doing tomorrow?
  5. Hello everyone!! Jess you are looking SO GOOD!!! YAY!!! *whistles* Riley I think he is CUTE!!! I like bad boy looks...LOL... So today: Breakfast - 1 venti skinny latte Lunch - 1 cup approx of greens my mom made, with an order of salt/pepper spareribs from my fav chinese rest. all they are are very thin cut pork chops fried *whoops* with salt and pepper. No breadcrumbs, sauce, etc. Dinner - Asparagas with left over turkey. I honestly don't want that, but I cant find anything else...LOL

  7. Riley - I learned sometimes things happen for a reason. lost my job, but I also started working on ME. I realized you can't be happy with anything until your happy with YOURSELF. So now I am working on me, to be a better person inside and out. *smile* Well I feel horrible today. I am NOT EATING LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN!! I crashed around 11, woke up 1145, 12 exactly, and again at 3....I slept horrible. Today I begin the 1200 cal diet TO THE T. I will now measure and weigh my food, JUST like I did in the beginning when I got 5 lbs awy from goal. I will also excersize at least 3-4 times a week. Please everyone help push me, I want to be at goal 250 by Feb 1.

  10. Hey dibs on the 18s!! LOL. Well I didnt eat that well today!! Breakfast - 4 Turkey Links, and 1 bottle lite mocha Lunch - 1 roast chicken breast and 3 wings. This is where I messed up - 1 biscut with honey/butter and 2 cookies. BUT JUST CAUSE I MESSED UP DOESNT MEAN KEEP GOING!!! Dinner will be Asparagas and Turkey!

  12. I am staying home too. I don't care much about it. I am cooking a Turkey tho, and I went to Safeway and got Asparagas for side dish. No Stuffings, Potatoes, rolls, etc! I am trying to be down these last 11 or so LBS by Jan 31!!!!!
  13. Oh and last night at 830 PM I told my bestfriend I felt like running! We went to Pinole Valley High's track and walked/ran around 4 times which equals 1 mile. We did it in probably 15 mins....I was sooo outta breath, but it was a good start!!!!

  15. Morning everyone! Thanks for clearing that up Lee, I wasn't sure! So okay good I WILL be there this Weds. I am down a lb. today....not alot but hey, just trying to be under the 258 I was at my weight check, or at least the 261 from the last richmond meeting. Not going out tonight, not feeling it. Since I don't wanna drink and gain weight! Making a Turkey today, unsure of the sides, but we will see!

  18. Okay so where on the pier is this exactly? I know how to get to the "Room on the Wharf" which is a resturant there...close to that or? I will bring my own lunch also, incase like I said, I need to skip out early I am not going for a weight check this week, I am holding off till next weeks support meeting.
  19. OMG Red Velvet is my FAVORITE!!! Breakfast - 4 turkey sausage links and my bottled starbucks mocha lite Lunch - 3 mcdoubles from mcdonalds with lettace/onions/mustard only...alotta meat but eh... Dinner - I made a low carb burrito; 1 low carb tortilla with my left over chicken, some lettace, onions, and handful of reduced fat shred cheese After snack - half lemon (cravings). Not bad, but eh!
  20. urgh I just cleaned up my entire Apt., took the Xmas tree out, and cleaned Brianna's toys; threw away broken ones, things missing parts, etc. Now that burned some calories! Side note, my bestfriends mom is giving me her treadmill YAY!! I am super excited, now I can cancel the gym membership because it's alil to $$ for me right now until I am working again! yay! now I can run/walk whenever I feel like it, and watch TV at the same time...LOL or blast my music!!
  21. Good morning! Well, even with all the good foods I ate yesterday my scale says I am up a total of 5 lbs since my weight check at Kaiser I believe last week or the week before? Man what happened here? I did down 50 oz of water before bed, and ate a skinless chicken breast (2) so I don't know if it's sitting in there or what. Havent used the bathroom yet today (TMI sorry) but oh well, gonna keep on trucking! Lee see ya next week at the meeting I will be there. I am going to go every time, just to help myself. I felt alot better after the last one, to make me wanna get there!!

  23. Monique - Ashley lives in Antioch, I am in Concord; Can we car pool next time? I am going to drive because with my daughter sick I may have to jet back home after or during. We will see how she is since its only Tuesday. Riley - No lunch for me either SAT, $$ is to tight right now, I'll eat at home So today has been decent, working on my water now. Breakfast - 1 Venti Skinny Decaf Latte (I got a Starbucks giftcard for xmas) Lunch - 1/4 white meat chicken, half a piece of pita bread, and a nice size salad with ranch Dinner - Not hungry, we will see. I have some defrosted chicken I could cook.
