  1. Where is everyone today? Well, I just put the baby down but no DVD for me, I started watching a movie LOL..."Two can play that game" its sooo funny!! I will do my treadmill tonight. Breakfast - 1 atkins shake Lunch - small helping of lettace w. cucumbers and sprinkled with olive oil. Good helping of left over roast. Dinner will be another atkins shake. I want to be down tomorrow morning for my weight check
  2. Just did my 10 min AB pilate workout! lol. now when the baby naps I am gonna do a quick 20 min DVD, and 30 on the treadmill tonight!

I am jealous now, stop loosing weight faster then me :smile2: :thumbdown: I am going to do a weight check tomorrow morning, I don't want to weigh in Weds night. Gonna take my babe to the Jungle today and let her run some energy out. Then when she naps I will do my DVD, and treadmill will be tonight when shes in bed. Healthy food everyone!!!!!!!

Pam I can let you know closer to the 16th on me; I already have a babysitter on the night of the 15th, so If I come I would have to bring my little terror...lol...not sure how I feel about that :smile2: Reggie come back!! We have had a few fall off, don't be one okay? :thumbdown: Nicollie we soooo got this!! yay on the gym girl!! I just texted ya back too! Mo I will be at the Weds meeting FO SHO! hehe! I am going to check my weight that morning instead of that night tho, because I am anxious since my scale is retarded! Well, I only got 30 mins on the treadmill in, no DVD, a friend just broke up with her bf of 2 years, so she came over and I was on cheer up duty so after she left I hit the mill real quick!
  6. Hi all, Was busy at the Super Walmart in American Canyon, and now I have a super bad headache outta no where?? I havent worked out yet, I still can!! Food today: Breakfast: 1 Venti Latte Lunch - Salad (Just lettace/cucumbers) with Roast Chicken from Costco, which SUCKED!! it was super fatty!! gross!! and 1 diet soda Dinner - left over roast that I made last night before my mcdonalds take over lol with cabbage on the side!

Pat too, since shes at the end of Jan....either way, I am INTO THIS! Candra what perfume/laundry soap do you use? LOL. I washed your shirt and it smells good, its not my soap I know that for sure!! My goal today: 30 mins on treadmill, and one "Firm" DVD I own.

I am getting the same shakes as Nicollie that Pam told her about. Shootin' to be down 2 lbs this week!! come onnnnnn weight!! I think we got this before Jan 31 Nicollieeeee!!
  11. Omg MO are you kidding me!!! What a crappy way to start your monday for sure!!! I love that after a shower my scale told me I was 256.6 and then 257.8 twice. So I jumped on my wii and it said 254 lol. Sheesh!!! Okay in starbucks drive thru brb lol
  12. Morning all! I am still alittle sore from my new pilates I found on Comcast, so I didnt do them yesterday. Not sure if its the ABs ones or the BUTT ones that messed me up. checked the scale, still at 259. Glad I didnt go up from my mcdonalds. and that was fully clothed!! of course after my shower butt naked Ill check again LOL!!

  15. OMG Nicollie and I have exactly 9 lbs to go!! I think we may do this together! yay!! look out world here we come!! I want to be calling Richmond Feb 1 like "I am at my goal" and I want my surgery in March lol.

  17. Hi all, I ended up eating bad! Breakfast - 1 Venti Decaf Latte and 3 Turkey Sausage Lunch - 1 low carb tortillia with cheese Snack - bottle mocha lite Snack again - here's where it happened. a small bag of chips and salsa. Then came home and had a handful of doritos. So do I stop there? OF COUSE NOT Dinner - large mcdonalds quarter pounder meal. 2 cookies. I feel SOOOO SICK to my stomach, why do I keep doing this to myself??? I am drinking water now trying to flush it out...yuck. Got my treadmill today too! $75 bucks. Not bad. I lasted 7 mins on it??? why do they seem harder @ home next to walking outside? I will slowly get into it. Goal tomorrow is 30 mins.
  18. Morning ladies!! I slept so good last night, but I did my pilates abs and today my stomach is KILLING ME. any way I turn it burns lol...but I feel flatter already. Dunno! So I found a treadmill on craigslist in Clayton for $75. I know I shouldnt spend the money when I am not working, but I want to cancel the gym membership and just walk/run at home with my daughter is taking naps, or at night! It works out better for me. My friend who was giving me one never said anything about bringing it yesterday like she said she would, so I give up. K gonna shower, bbl!
  19. Pam that would be really nice! Saturday's are always good for me, my mom and ex both work fulltime, so Saturdays are easier for me babysitting wise. Sunday my mom likes to "kick back" and my ex's family comes to visit my daughter!! Welcome back Nicole!! We have missed you!! How is your little girl?
  20. Just did my ten min pilates for abs. Hurt so good lol My friend never called to bring the treadmill over...guess she forgot about me...I'm better off buying one I hate waiting on people
  21. I couldnt find anything quick to make for dinner but cube steaks that I am not fond off lol...i ended up putting them in a low carb tortilla with fat free cheese, onions, and lettace. ended up being good!!
