Yeah I know all, I really am restarting tomorrow am (I am not hungry tonight so wont be eating, just downing water and flushing myself out). I cant do that anymore, I feel really quilty as it is. Feb 17th is my next appt with Robin, where I assume I start stage 4....been looking at the binder, 3 oz chicken and 2 tablespoons broccoli?? how the hell u measure broccoli like that LOL.

It wont hurt, I have enough cellulite and padding..LMAO JK! I know I know, bad on my part...I told Nicollie I swear my band isnt working. I am NEVER FULL, I never feel bad, etc. Its like I am just here, same ol tamra...I dont like it....I want this so called restriction you all talk of...

Happy Valentines Day everyone! OMG! All I can say is today is a new day. My band doesn't stop much, so chinese food for dinner (I only ate salt/pepper chicken aand the inside of 2 potstickers and avoided everything else on the table), with carrot cake as my dessert...then a few fries later when in the city buming around Castro. whoopsie! It was super yummy tho, and I even drank water during...ack! So today, 3 meals a day, drinking 1 hr after, and 1 hr on the treadmill. Have a good day everyone!!

yay my new couch is here. So comfy!! Anyways, happy valentines day everyone!! I am dropping the baby off with my mom and going out w. the bf tonight to celebrate a day early. avoid the crowds and all this way :smile: talk to ya all tomorrow!

yep bf is currently doing the 1200 cal diet now. He has gained alotta weight since loosing his job. I am having him check his weight this monday, and hopefully the first week has been nice to him! yeah my daughter is a fry/chicken nugget kid. Otherwise she wont eat meat period. Sometimes a few bites of a chicken breast but otherwise she's darn near a vegitarian LOL! (spelling). She does love fruit tho, so I have that on my side thank god! yep I am having small slip ups here and there, but overall given my life of eating habits before, I think I am doing pretty damn good :smile: There was a time I could do fast food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert! times I would eat when I was full just because it was there, etc.

morning all, 1/2 cup black bean soup for breakfast with cheese and a tall skinny latte Not sure about the rest of the day, couch is being delivered around 11 am, glad I found one. Even after an hr on the treadmill yesterday scale was back up that 1 lingering lb. LOL. whateve! Gonna go shower!

Hi everyone! Pat ~ Isnt the cooking weird!!! Now that I am kinda healed it's hard cause I question what I could slip by the band...LOL horrible thinking! I did 1 hr walking on my treadmill after my cookie incident lol. burned like 330 cals, which was decent! Here's my food for today: Breakfast: 1/2 black bean soup with sprinkle of cheese Lunch: alil over 1/2 cup mashed potatoes Snack: 4 small sugar cookies Dinner: alil over 1/2 cup chili from Wendy's pureed with some cheese. I had to eat alil over a 1/2 cup of chili cause I am NOT GETTING FULL ANYMORE!! what the heck, is that normal??

Pat ~ March 20th works for me! Doing good today, did some couch shopping since I threw mine away a few weeks ago lol. Cheapest sectional I could find was $544 delivered. Jeez! Breakfast: 1/2 cup black bean soup with some cheese sprinkled on Lunch: Alittle over 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, I kept grabbing extra bites out the pan lol but now im full!!!!!! Happy long weekend everyone!

Morning everyone! Analynn - If you HAVE to drink, just have one! or do diet coke and rum, thats low carb, I did those on atkins. Sorry your hitting these challanges but you will be ok! My scale FINALLY moved today, told me 236.4 this morning...hopefully it's correct. Thats from 1 day of no cheating, and walking :scared2: I am so not slipping up anymore, I like to see a loss in the AM. Off to eat my black bean soup!

I want to cut a piece off my cheddar block and eat it upppp!! *sigh* Do I have to wait till Stage 4? Breakfast: 1/2 cup black bean soup Lunch: Wendy's baked potato Dinner: 1/2 cup pureed roast. I had it in the crockpot then used the water/seasons to puree it, was super good!! All 64 oz of water, 30 mins on treadmill. Weird tho, when I walk, I feel my band? Like my tummy is tight when I walk...I dunno...

Hey everyone! Back from San Leandro, I took my bf to his job interview, send good vibes!! Its for my bestfriends dad, so I think he landed it, just a small commute. So here I am today, almost 64 oz water, havent cheated once! Breakfast - 1/2 cup black bean soup from Trader Joes Lunch - Wendy's baked potato with the reduced fat sourc ream and butter it came with. I couldn't find a KFC local and I was starving! I didnt get a big potato, so I doubt it was more then a cup. Dinner - I have a roast in the crock pot I am gonna puree up with some broth. I have found that me and pureed chicken are not friends.

Doing good so far: Breakfast: 1/2 cup bean soup from Trader Joes with a tiny sprinkle of cheese hehe (low fat!) 33 oz water so far too! Okay be back later!
