I started doing the Low Carb diet (Atkins) and that did it for me. I went to their website and bought the most current book and so far it's been working great with the LapBand. As for the brittle nails, and losing of the hair, I started taking faithfully my multi-vitamins and at least 3 times a week Biotin. My nails do seem to be a lot stronger and longer! Best Wishes!

Anyhoot, I will post our VICTORIES, after work and congratulations to us that completed the challenge. I wasn't as sucessful as planned, but am grateful for what I lost. This Easter will be the 1st Easter that I plan to participate in our annual family baseball game!!! Normally sat on the bench and cheered. I wouldn't have dreamt it before, but because of my weight loss and all of your support, I am so looking forward to it. Thank you! and may you and your family have a blessed Easter!!!

The red blouse is at 293 which looks more like Kristie!! but then again I guess we all lie, take a look at our driver lincense.. lol
