FOR ALONG TIME I HAVE BEEN WONDERING  WHAT IT FEEL LIKE TO BREATH.I have wanting to do something about my weight for a while now. I went to doctor for the first time tis Thursday 06-18-09.My sister had the surgery done to about 4 years ago. She looks great but to thin, and sometimes she gets to where she can't  eat and causes her to even more weight, to where she feels her bones when she sitting. This is scary to me. I don't want to look sick you know. But  HAVE TO DO SOMETHHING ABOUT THIS WEIGHT!!! I have the pills, elarned to fix smaller plates, I can't keep up with the walking.I didn't realive that the process would take so long, I  was told to write down everything I ate for 6 months.Go to the  doctor every month, to get weigh in.I have had 3 knee replacement 06-15-06 and 08-15-08 and again on 12-15-09,  a back surgery done in  02 -09 and I  have a breath problem. So the doctor tells me also to wlk everyday or as much as I can.Well it's been two days andI am doing what they ask to do. I like to eat ,  the one thing that I realy like to get under control is when Im ful I stop eating. Because I do that now and feel so bad after I eat. Is this part of the bad eating habit,OR this a sickness? I fell so heavy all time and so tired, I have tried pills sleep excise as much as I could but Im scared that I won't be able to do the excises that are needed. Then again what if I lost pounds, maybe it won't feel like I'm carring someone. Then i'll be lighter.Maybe there is hope. At least it sound good.
