Hi and thanks for the friend invite! I received my first fill and quite frankly, I have not noticed any difference. My scale is not moving and it's frustrating. I have to admit, I'm not excercising as much as I should. I take a brisk 1 mile walk every evening and that's about it. I do have wii and tht is an option. My next fill is the end of the month so I'm hoping that helps.
