I ended up not getting fills from him as I moved to California.

At first I thought my boobs were getting bigger but I remembered that I wasn't getting raw skinninder my bra. It dawned on me that my stomach is losing weigh t faster than my breasts are!!

I have read about the same thing on the board but have never experienced it myself. Read old posts and you will find them.

I just feel that at my size I should be losing faster. I keepy carve below 50gms and exercise 3x/week walking the treadmill for 40 minutes. I assumed i would be a Slow Loser but I need progress as I am discouraged.

I have 7cc in a 14cc band.I had 8 before Nd it was too much.I keep amfood Journal and am eating 1100-1200cal/day. My surgeon says I should only expect to lose 1 lb per week but thAt is crazy at my size. I just moved to a rural county and had to get a new doc.I am not crazy about him but he is the only one in a 50 mile radius and on my insurance. There are no nutritionists here either.

I just moved and started a new job at a local hospital. The lap band doctor's office is in the next building over. I always wondered if I would run into him at the hospital.' Well, today I was in the cafeteria trying to decide if I wanted the lovely chocolate chip Cookies or get 4oz of chicken salad. I made the right decision and got the chicken. As I was leaving the cafeteria I run into my doc!! I wanted to show him I made the right decision but decided not to. He said hello and that was that. If I had got the cookies I feel certain that would be the day he would ask me what I was eating!! It is nice not to feel guilty.

I have lost 36lbs and still wear the same size. I would have thought I would be a size smaller by now. I wear a size 26 pants and have room in them now. I went to the store to buy smaller ones and found I dont fit in a 24. I pulled a 26 from the rack and tried them on. They fit fine, so I realized I must have stretched them out over time. I have lost 10% of my body weight which is a decent amount. Can someone my size give me an idea when they dropped a size?

Yes you can absolutely start over again. This time you will have the benefit of knowing what your body wants/needs to be successful. Dont beat yourself up over the past. You cant change it. But you CAN change the future. Best ofl luck.

I can now walk on the treadmill without holding onto the handbars. This may sound small (and it really is), but it makes me feel like I am getting better at balance and also decreasing my fears that I will fall or trip. Next step is to increase incline. I am ulp to 1.0 incline, but it is kicking my butt.

I could have gone back in a week without any problem. My doc was great and gave me "as long as I wanted". I took 5 weeks off. It was a great paid vacation.

I am at 6.5cc in a lareg band (I am assuming 14cc but not sure). I have had problems with things getting stuck since the last fill so have eaten each bite seperately. Tonight I had chicken salad and an eggroll (no lectures on food choices please, I was experimenting). I didnt wait for each bite to pass but let them "build on each other". I felt a different feeling in my chest, which I assume is my pouch. I felt a feeling of fullness which was different than normal. Is this restriction??
