Good Morning everyone I had my 1st fill on Tuesday. Pretty much stayed with liquids and soups. Just now, this morning, I ate a little bit of left over omelet from this weekend. I wasn't able to eat more that about 1/2 cup. I feel full but I have been burping (not PB) and listening to my "other" stomach growl like heck. I am dieing to have a drink but am trying to hold off. Michelle did my fill and made the comment that I could possibly get restriction from just one fill. That would be nice but I would be surprised! I am still pretty much holding steady on the weight loss not gaining, not losing. Very excited about my trip next week. Chris, we got our truck back from being made into a dually flatbed. My DH wants to put some chrome stacks on it and a few other tweaks, I will send you a picture soon. He loves it. Except for the running boards they cost $585 and he thinks they look a little "inexpensive." Hi Pam!

Tom, you don't have to accept my apology on anyone's behalf. I didn't call anyone names that I recall. Does this mean that you are an atheist and somehow you have the power to forgive people? Don't even start with me calling people names. I have seen and read on this forum the name calling and rude remarks! I spent a few hours reading through posts of the "worst thing people have called fat people" and then read through posts of those same people bad mouthing Bush and Christians and anyone who didn't particularly agree with that person's point of view! I don't count you (since I wouldn't know you if I tripped over you) as someone I would have to come to for forgiveness thank you!

Ok that does it! Someone has to say hello how is everyone doing? I talked to Pam last night. She seems to be doing ok. I have slowed down with the weight loss but have not gained. I have my first fill on Tues the 17th. Looking forward to it. Have a nice Sunday everyone!

396, The best thing to do is a search for slime or slimeing (sp). There are so many variations etc. Not everyone does it and each person may be affected differently. I have never had one or a PB but sometimes I wonder that my PB may not be another bander's PB! Then of course, I don't have restriction yet either. My first fill is next Tuesday.

Pam, I didn't catch your post the first time but I sure did now! It's good that you clarified that!

This is one of the things that has concerned me from the git go! If a person is having problems like this and it appears to be something that could have something to do with the lapband, WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH can't your gastric surgeon find time to see you? You would think they would have some sort of sense of urgency about this! I would definitely be in the ER and have them put a call into my surgeon!

I haven't PB'd as I know it yet! Sometimes I get some weird aches and pains in my neck and tummy and I burp an awful lot!

Tracy, well now, I can finally go plant my flowers and mow my lawn. I have been sneaking over here from the "Marchies in April" thread to check on you! So glad to hear you are JUST FINE!
