Hi. I'm a newbie with a ton of questions. I'm 5'2. 219lbs. BMI is 40.1. I haven't seen my PCM yet to get a referral. To be honest, I'm nervous about it and don't know how to approach the appointment. What did you do to get the ball rolling?
