Hello, I got my band 6/09 down 40 lbs. We could still eat out but since we don't eat out much I think we get a little excited to eat the food so we eat to fast don't chew, Jut need to take more time chewing that is what i have discovered!! and i always share with either my husband or kids cause i don't eat much or get a togo bag that always works. -
I was banded 6/09 down 39lbs, I was also a cash pay my doc is really good!! I also need to get in every month even if i don't get a fill! I am at a point know i have not lost anything in a month or so!! My band is filled at 6.9. I also eat what my family eats just alot smaller portion sizes and chew chew chew, that is the key!! Just need to stick with and be positive about things.

i got my band on july 8 it has been 2 weeks now i am back on food i have not got my first tigthing yet i am hungry all the time and i can eat anything it does not bother me i have lost weight but most likely gained some back. This is so hard!! Tomorrow is my first tighting of the band hope it all goes well and stop some of this hungur!

i am getting my band on july 8 and also paying for my mine my ins does not cover i would have to gain more. i read ur post and it reminded me so much of myself i sure hope it works. i have gained so much weight in the last year i hate going out and trying on cloths. I feel you!!! -

I surgery date is july 8 cant wait suppose to lose 5 pounds i think i have gained my pre-op is june 30.
