I never walked Shelly Lake but I live about a 2 miles away from it. I accually passed there going to a track today off Spring Forest today. I forgot all about that one. I did 4 miles today Ive been doing 1 to 1 and a half miles, but I go to he Dr for my 2 week check up tommorow, and Im not hurting that much any more so I said its enough of playing around.
