thank you for the friends request, i purposely dont have a scale in my home. i never wanted to become obsesse with weighing myself, because you go up and down soo much in 1 week. i use the scale @ the grocery store and try to use the same one around the same time. so i would say once or twice every two weeks just to keep an eye on where im at. If you've already quit smoking then you already have an idea and a feel for a Battle or Struggle then, just one of a different sort ... ttyl keep me posted on how you do
