Hows it going bandster?

I normally do an 1/2 hr on the elliptical then 1/2 on the tread mill but I couldnt do the tread mill. I havent been drinking enough fluids the past few days and i could tell. I was feeling really lite headed.

I work out 6 days a week some days I go twice. I dont eat pasta or rice I may eat a piece of bread once a week. Im a stickler for following rules.

Day of surgery I was 297 goal weight is 175

I have a 14cc band as well. I get my 1st fill next week. What is your goal weight.

I havent had a fill yet I was suppose to get it the day before i went to Jamacia but my dr wouldnt do it b/c they said i needed to be be local incase i had a bad reaction. So far Ive lost 32lbs.

Yeah I know. Had i been home, I would have put on my spanex. I told myself Im on vacation and Im never going to see these people again. Yes Im loving my band so much, i realize im still in the beggining stage I ve heard there will be good days and bad days but the results Im having without a fill, I think in the end will even itself out.

My new best friend is the elliptcal machine. i walk about 3 miles a day , 6 days a week, on my off days I hit it twice a day, and i eat 3 meals a day, no ricc or pasta. I havent been able to let that bread go yet but i keep hearing once I start getting fills bread will be elliminated.
