Thxs I really appreciate the info you've given me b/c I was wondering why some days I can tolerate certain foods then the next day get sick off it. Im not drinking as much water as I normally do but Im doing much better. Food on the other hand, I figured out this weeked that meat is a no no for now. I can eat fish so I guess I will be fishing it out until I get sick of it. I can tell Ive lost weight since my fill, I have to force 3 meals. Hows camp coming alone? are you still walkn at work daily?

I really think that I may end up getting 1/2cc taken out b/c its been a week now and I cant eat more than 2 to 3 bites of anything. Im not understanding why 2 1/2 ccs is kickn azz like this. Ive got to family reunions this weekend, and its lookn like Im going to be sneaking off sipping on soups. OMG. As the co workers, of girl they gettn bold askn me. Ive been telling them Ive been practicing portion control and workn out, they just be like oh........... well you lookn good

Yea girl I got 1cc for a total of 2 1/2ccs hell yes I fell a big difference. My Dr said b/c Of my progress I would not be getting another fill for a while. Its been a week and it takes me all day to drink a bottle of water. I ate a salad today 1st solid Ive had in a week. Wasnt able to eat anything else the entire day. Ive added smoothies to my diet so I used that as meal replacements. Ive thrown up more in the past week than I ever have in my life. Im still in luv with my band overall.

Well Im glad to hear that your adusting to things. I just got my 2nd fill so Im back to the liquids other than that Im doing ok. Im starting to see my progress so thats progress too. You stay encouraged and patient and your wieight will come down. How much did you weigh the day of surgery

I go for my 2nd fill on Thurs, Im nervous b/c I was told by a fellow bandster that if your losing really well my Dr will not give you fills untill you reach a point your not coming down any more. Ive lost close to 50lbs with 1cc. My co pay went up to $60 therefore my mind set is they better do something other than tell me to get on the scale. This same friend of mine suggested that I put some leg weights on so that it will appear that Ive gained weight since my last appt. That's some bull s@*t she did. I told her she done lost her rabbit azz mind. I was dissapointed when I got my 1st fill of 1cc, b/c of reading others profile hearing them talk about 3 and 4cc's the 1st round. However I can admitt that 1cc was enough for me. I realize that Im a fast loser so Ive coached myself a little today into accepting that I may or may not get a fill thurs. Im keeping my fingers crossed for at least a half.

Yes working out does become apart of the new you. Im suppose to be gettin ready to go out with my girlfriends but I had to get my hr in b/c I know when i get in Im not going to do it. I work out 5 days a week. For my birthday my husband bought me an elliptical machine which is very effective. I also purchased these great videos for rainy days called walking away the pounds, which provides great cardio. The area I live in is very hilly so I clocked a mile and mix that in with everything else. I do a lot of muscle confussion and change my work outs about every week or when I ger bored with the same routine. Ive had a trainer at first, I just felt like it was a waist of money. Now Im thinking about it b/c Im falln off in areas I dont want to lose all at once. If you know what I mean.

Yea I think Im really close to my 1st goal of -50lbs and I can see it a little. I quit smoking 2 yrs ago and put on 40lbs then my boyfriend and I moved in together so that was another 20lbs. I keep all my clothes so Ive been trying them on and its been really good for me mentally b/c they are fitting. I take a lot of pics too that really helps. What type of workout are you doing now.
