Whats goings on havent seen you around latly, stop holdn out on them progress pics.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. Im now at 220 and I know that 200 is no longer where I want to be so Im going to say 175-185 will be my next point of reevaluating. My family and friends are telln me to stop but Im in charge of this show. Im a little on the tall side so Im just going to take pound by pound and see what a sister lookn like.

thxs. I do the eliptical and Videos called walk away the pounds which are 3 miles of cardio. I switch my workout constantly, I workout 4 -5 times a week for 1hr.
