I think that muscle confussion keeps my weight coming off on a consistent basis give it a try. Whatever you do just keep being consistent and increase your protein intake

I pretty much each what I can which is eggs, fish, chicken and beans. And 60grams of protein smoothie. I do not do bread pasta or rice. My sugar intake is next to none. As for my work i walk 3miles every other day between I do the elliptical and cadio videos. I focuss on muscle confussion.
