    Hey Chica how have you been? Just saw your recent photos you look great! Well so far I'm down 36 lbs. it has really slowed down, but I havent been exercising as much b/c of my job. I know there are no excuses, but just been stressed latley. Hope to hear from you soon.

    That's great!!! Yes, patience is key...but you are doing great!!! I am about 20 lbs away from my goal, and I think this will be the most challenging part of my journey. Keep up the good work girl :)

    Band life is going okay so far. I am down about 26lbs.....cant complain. I wish it was more, but just need to be patient. You look great Girl! How much to go b 4 u reach your goal?

    I was banded Nov.20th and same thing happened to me when I started eating mushies. Dont feel bad....it just takes time. My Dr. told me that first we will lose lbs. then inches, etc... those 4 lbs you gained will be off in about a wk. The more your swelling goes down the more you will be able to eat. I got my first fill and it's hard bc I have to be the one to tell myself to stop! Good luck on your journey, I know you will be fine. Right now we are in the learning process of learning to live with our band. :thumbup: Happy Holidays!
