I have struggled throughout the last 12 years to lose and maintain a healthy weight. I have went up and down several times and tried about every die t there is. After having my son who is now 3, I gained weight and have reached the heaviest I have ever been at 284lbs. I needed to get my life under control. I want to be healthy for my son and be able to do things that I enjoy.
