Hi Cutie! I see you are interested in some some help.
I am six weeks post op now.
My magic number as of Friday is 30lbs! And that's through all that stress of losing my brother and birth mother last month! I was a good girl! I am taking water aerobics once a week-walking and using the eliptical. I work out 5x a week! Going to add bellydance next month!
I go for my 2nd fill June 14th
I am also going to sign up for a harley davidson riding class!
Aint no stopping me now!
But...all that said you must be ready for this mentally. The band is a tool and you are to use it. You must think differently about food and portions. You can do it, I know you can.
It's wonderful on this side of the fence!

well it seems like an easy thing to do is get banded but what i have learned that it takes more of your inner strength to beat the beast . its not a quick fix . you will still have to learn to make better judgment in what and how much you put in your body . it is only a tool to help . one other thing is that it is less invasive than any thing there is out there right now and if for some god forsaken reason your body don't do well with this in your body it can be fixed its not cutting any of your organs . but if you want it and work for it you will get the results you want . and better healthier you
