    I have!!! Restriction Rocks, I am never hungry, and after I eat - I am totally FULL. I love it. However, I have been at a dog show for 10 hours a day for the last 4 days - and have burned so many calories I can't believe it. I think my weightloss will slow down this week - but I will still be losing!
