Yes, it is nerve racking - I have been going religiously trying to get enough to curb my eating - not there yet - will probably get another fill in a couple of weeks. It takes a few months 3-6 is what my Dr. told me, to get to the right level. I am past my 3 month mark, hopefully I will get there soon.
