I agree with Amanda, exercise is the answer. I have workout cds myself that I do at home. Have you heard of Leslie Sansone's Walk away the Pounds 1,2,3, and 4 miles cds? They really work. I also do Billy Blank's Taebo, when I want something quick....You can also looking to the Wii Fitness Plus if you have a Wii. It tracks your progress and the calories burned.. I hope it get better for you.

Have you tried working out at home. I use to hate working out at the gym because i was by myself but I love doing DVD's at home. I think as soon as you find an exercise routine you enjoy that you will see the scale move down again. Exercise is the key! Good luck and take care!

Im not too sure, I was full of movtivation at the start but now since my weight seems to be at a stand still I feel like I have failed. I keep trying to find that one thing that had me so hyped at first to I can get back to it. I need a work out partner, I used to have one but we lost contact. I haven't had a fill since last month, but I think I have found that spot cause its hard keeping everything down.

I am holding steady. Hopefully from my last fill on Friday I think I hit my sweat spot. How are you?
