  1. I agree with Amanda, exercise is the answer. I have workout cds myself that I do at home. Have you heard of Leslie Sansone's Walk away the Pounds 1,2,3, and 4 miles cds? They really work. I also do Billy Blank's Taebo, when I want something quick....You can also looking to the Wii Fitness Plus if you have a Wii. It tracks your progress and the calories burned.. I hope it get better for you.
