    OMG Its like I am looking in the mirror!!!!! I lost 35 lbs in 2 years I have not gained and have not lost. I am thinking about trying low carb Any thoughts??

    Hi Berna, We were both banded on the 21st. How are you doing? Isn't it exciting and amazing to eat so little but not be hungry!! Hope it lasts. I'm doing fine, every day I'm getting stronger and less pain. I haven't even had to take any pain meds. Hope to hear from you.

    Hey All! I just got home yesterday. I'm feeling really good. Not much gas pain, just sore in area where port is. I had 1/4 cup cream of wheat this morning and it went down well. I hope everyone else is doing well too. Should not have weighed myself when I got home, gained 8 pounds!!! I'm sure it must be what they fill you up with because I had'nt eaten anything

    My surgery is July 21st I am very exited. I just started my liver reducing liquid diet on Saturday. I am hoping this is the worst part of it all. This week is going to drag by.
