I went for my follow up and the total weight loss is 16 lbs. I am having a hard time with mushies b/c I am not sure what to eat but I keep getting ideas from the chat room. The doctor said I am supposed to be on mushies for a total of two weeks. I return to work on Monday so I really have to sit down and plan my meals.
