hey guys, everyone seems to be doing great! i had my surgery on 11/10/09 and im not even one week post op yet and im already down 14.5 pounds! im ecstatic but im actually wondering if im losing too fast? i mean its a great boost, but im mostly on liquids and soups too. but im soo full from them! lol.
