Let me know if you still check this website as it says you have been inactive for a while. I am living in Den Haag and contemplating lap band surgery and would like to speak to you about your experience and why you opted for Belgium as opposed to the Netherlands.

Hi there I am thinking of going with Dr De Bruyn - I live in the Netherlands so Brussels is only 2 hours drive away. Would you recommend my husband comes with me, or is going it along doable (I have children to worry about back home) but dont want to get there and wish he had come with me. I guess my main question is will I be able to drive the day after the surgery? Also, the cost that is quoted on the website, does that include any fills or not? Thanks for your help Caron
