Hi! Well....i still have a little soreness at those incisions...but on the whole, i feel pretty well. I do have to go back to work tomorrow...i wish i had a couple more days only because sitting at a computer is gonna be tough for extended times - just have to get up and walk around i guess....but i'll miss my afternoon naps! How are you feeling? did you have a loss in that one weeks time? mine was losing 5.7 lbs. Its wierd not to have "regular food"...i hope once i start back on that...i'm able to go to a low carb reasonable eating plan...i still kinda miss diet cokes! And you?
