i alternate between using nyquil (cheap version) and 2-3 benadryl (also cheap version...cuz, you know..i'm cheap) works ok...i get about 6 hrs a night. and i almost always have weird dreams...wether or not i take sleep meds. -

it took about 8 months to eat the half we bought last time...before my surgery i used to eat about 24 oz ribeye....now i cut about a 4 oz piece. -

we buy our meat a cow at a time now...previously we were buying half a cow, but with the rise in costs we wanted to stock up. it cost about 2.50 lb including the meat locker fee. can't beat that price for the delicious ribeyes we were eating the last week. we have the whole cow cut as steaks except for the brisket. everything else gets ground into hamburger. mmmmmm.........cow. my children like to eat raw hamburger. -
