i would say it is probably normal, bur as i was banded only 3 days before you not sure. i lost 25 lbs in 4 days, then held for a bit, switched to diet v8 splash, watching carbs, and now i am 308 from 343, for 35 lbs lost since nov 9 surgery.

i go to walmart because i'm cheap and so are they, plus i can get most things i need in one visit. do i agree with how they do things? no. and whenever it is slow and i'm not in a hurry(rarely) i attempt to recruit employees.

i use a sliding type scale like they used to use in dr's offices before digital became popular. i always weigh first thing when i get up, with no clothes on. got to be consistent to trust the numbers.

i'm a nov niner also. this morning i am down 33 lbs. i drink a lot of liquids like v8 splash. i switched to diet version, and and that help. i also drink edge locarb protein drinks. i can have soft mushies. about a 3/4 cup.made tuna yesterday, took about 1/3 cup to work, and that was enough. also have s/f ff pudding . also at work i drink a protein powder called body fortress i got at walmart. i work a 10 hr day and during breaks i walk a bit on the call center floor.

my feet had swollen to the point i couldn't wear shoe, so don't freak out! luckily they are back to their normal size. also, i can get my wedding finger off when i put lotion on my hands. haven't been able to do that for awhile either.

today i was able to put on my tennis shoes for the first time in 1 1/2 yrs. my feet were swollen and instead of wearing 10 1/2 WW i had to get 12 EEEEEE dress shoes for work....Bye Bye big shoes!!

The our groups that have left the fold of th church and formed their own churchs. John, good luck. I recommend Weight Loss Surgical Center in OP. Lap band Surgery, Weight Loss Surgical Center Kansas City, Missouri i was banded 10 days ago, and i have lost 21 lbs. Today i return to work. The staff there, and Dr Selim were all wonderful.

yes you are completely out...i do have a little discomfort, not so much pain. They fill your stomach area with gas to make things open up a bit for them to see what they are doing. it takes a while for that to dissipate. i return to work monday. i say go for it!

mine was last friday, i arrived @830 am, was in or @900 and woke up in recovery @11. left for home at 1230.
