my wife asked me if it was our daughter, and i replierd just loud enough for those in front and behind to hear that it was my daughter...i'd never let loose a loud one in church!!:smile2: -

last sunday in church an elderly lady behind us let one loose that probably could be heard thru the whole chapel...this was during the silence while the Sacrament was being passed. a few minutes later my 4 yr old daughter let loose a response of 3 long ones, one after another. it was all my wife and i could do to keep from busting up with laughter. -

i remember the first seminar i went to...it was during the question and answer time, a lady behind me says "what about bread? i gots ta have my braaayud!" over a year ago and my wife and i still laugh about it! -
i also buy 8 oz blocks of mild cheddar. i cube a block and take it to work to snack on during mu 10 hr shift. i supplement that with what i bring for lunch...cubed chicken, chili, lil smokies,hamburger, oe some such item.

i struggle with this. i used to drink a liter of water,soda, etc with every meal. i do sip a little with some meals, but try not to. -

i love my bullet...use it almost every day -
27 lbs within 4 days of surgery. i always weigh the same time each morning...no clothes...before eating. first thing out of bead. i do not pay attention to the digital scale at my dr's office. i have generally eaten by the time i get there. important to be consistent. 2 different scales may not be the same. i use the older style balance beam type they USED to have at dr's offices.

much like my "member missionary" i hope to convert her by example. similarly, i am not going to actively convert her to a bandster. i do take a few small drinks with my meals...hard habit to break. we shall see.......

my wife is very happy with our grocery bill...especially steak. i used to eat 2 ribeyes in one sitting. 2 weeks ago we went to longhorn and we both ordered 12oz ribeyes. she finished way before i did. i ate about 6 bites, and a few bites of onions and mushrooms. i took the rest home for 2 more meals. -
i had about 8 good size shrimp last night...in garlic butter and parmesan cheese

just across interstate from us is a huge baptist church...and i mean huge. i have been told that they regularly preach against "those mormons".they must feel threatend because they are so close to Liberty Jail.

good job on the loss...i'm down 41 myself. you will really enjoy nauvoo...my wife and i were married there. the new pouch is at the top of you stomach, creating a funnel to slow down entry of food .
