crazy8, sorry to hear of your problems...i went to tallgrass seminar a year and a half ago because i didnt want to only look at who was local to kc, but i didnt have surgery there after all. i hope you get better.

i cube an 8 oz block of cheddar each day. i snack on that during my 10 hr day. i bring chili,home made chicken salad that i make using bleu cheese dressing instead of mayo,or homemade meat chili with NO beans, or homemade meaty spaghetti sauce.

i dont go to buffets anymore. i order what i want, eat what i want and take the rest home. i don't leave it, i paid for it. i consider it a plus that i get at least 2 more meals from one night out.

i was approved twice with uhc...both time took less than 2 weeks. my employer has great bennies, because they are so huge...usually a Fortune 5 company. yes, that is 5 , not 500 -
