If you tell your dr. that you would like to put off the fill untill after the first of the year so that you don't have a problem over the holidays. I guess I had it easy, Dr. Ortiz said to walk, walk, walk to that is what I did. The "Head" hunger has been the most problem. I am slowly understanding that the hunger MONSTER that I felt all my life is under control. I started eating normal food quickly. It is chewed, chewed, and chewed untill a paste. I have found this very helpfull.

I love to make my girl climax several times with what we call playing the Trumpet. During cunnilingus I act like I am playing a Trumpet and Blow Her. Her WLS has made it easy to keep this up for a long time. I like to Blow her untill she is almost exhusted and then return to my selfish pleasure. Before banding Hunger was a MONSTER. It took over my mood. After banding and getting back to normal (ha ha) I seem to have lost the monster. I can eat normal food in very small amounts. At times my head says that I am not eating enough and at the same time my gut is fine. :hungry: Can anyone express in words what their hunger was like before and after WLS. Thanks to all

I had mild discomfort for a couple of days. Two times of BAD gas stuck. Nothing moved, band was fine. It felt like the band would have moved but it did not. I worried for nothing...hope this helps.

Keep reading this board, overall it tells it all. What you see is people getting smaller and happy. Why do we not hear from a lot of OLD Banders? they are out dancing...I can not wait to be on the dance floor with my girl.

Pardon my first reply, it was a quick reaction. Lots of the others on this board speak with much more understanding but thats the problem with peer groups, they understand. Been their got the tee shirt and would do it over. How about asking your doctor to explain? Maybe it was a misunderstanding. If nothing else it may promp the dr to rethink.

I enjoy food more now than ever. I eat slowly and chew my food. No more gulp it down to feed the monster. I now look for taste and not volume anymore. I can now push the plate away while it still has food on it. Wow what a great change.

I had gas pains, but the more I walked the better it was. If I was told that it would be 10 times worse I would do it. It is so much better now and it keeps getting better.
