Hi Amy, I would highly recommend the connecticut surgical group. i have done quite well with the program although it is a slow process and not a magic bullet. I still struggle with eating slowly and making the right choices but I started at 245 and I am now 178. So that's not bad from 3/12/08. I don't carehow long it takes as long as I lose....
