Im doing great, thanks for asking! I am still losing a pound every 2-3 days when I dont work out and I lose a solid lb every 2 days when I work out. I am on my soft phase as well but i get full so quickly that a few spoonfuls is all I need. I got sick of just walking 5 to 6 miles so Im already back in the gym doing 30 min on the elliptical. Thankfully my wt loss hasnt stalled yet. My biggest challenge is getting all this protein in daily. So what are you eating now? And are you exercising at all? We gotta get you losing again!!
