yeah i'm taking my vitamins. i get them from celebratevitamins.com, they're all pretty good. except for the hot cocoa calcium vitamin. don't get that. those are really gross. i had to send them back. you can have yogurt too on the second week. just not with any fruit chunks in it. when i get to nutrition class they gave me a little book, split up by week of all the things i can eat on each week. didn't you get one of those?

eight cups of water, seven boullion cubes, six jumbo eggs and pepper to taste.
that's it super easy. and it was good. i like larger pieces of egg in mine. you just have to make sure that if you do that you chew them up really good.
he decided to make that for me cuz i can't drink the protein shakes anymore. was on the two weeks pre op and they just about make me gag. i can doctor them up sometimes, but still almost can't handle it. so the soup was liquid and i got a little protein from the eggs.

including pre op i've lost 33 pounds. i'm sorry that you're hungry a lot. i'm really not. since the day they put the band in. i was a little hungry today so i had half a cup of egg drop soup and was full. totally unheard of. i used to be able to eat chinese by the bucket full. i'm still in a little pain. mostly at night. so i take my pain pills when i get to bed, and sometimes during the day if i need them. that's why they're there after all. last night i was very naseous but that's because i hadn't "eaten" anything since i was banded on the 16th. with the exception of a couple of popsicles. other than that things are great. getting my fluids and finding different ways to get the protein in. hence the egg drop soup. cuz the protein shakes are starting to make me gag.

First of all let me say, LOVE THE PIC! There's not much funnier than the pumpkin throwing up. lol I'm doing really well. Still having a little bit of pain and nausea, but the pills are working pretty good for that. They put me to sleep though which isn't a bad thing, don't get much sleep anyway. I don't go back to work till next week yet, so I'm pretty much just chilling out and enjoying my time off. How about yourself?
