My next appt is not until the 27th grr .,..16lbs that is great as well....I can't wait for my fill too....but, I am sticking with the diet I just keep saying the band is a tool not going to do it for me ...I need to follow the diet even if I want to taste something I don't .....Christmas I got a little depressed with all the junk around but, I just kept thinking they are getting fatter and I am getting skinnier and come on summer time....smooches

Yup me too no more diabetes meds. I was on 3 different pills daily....I am losing great but, I am following the diet figured took me 6 months to go through all this to finally have it done... Everything I eat is sugar free still...I love tomato soup so eat that for lunch ...applesauce with cinnamon on it for breakfast and carnation drink once a day the rest of the time I try to keep busy...first two weeks though I was sore...Hope you feel better soon smooches...

Yeah I am sticking with sugar free jello, Edys sugar free fruit pop sickles they are the BEST! I have my first check up on the 21st cant wait....I am trying the protein shakes but have the hardest times with them the most takes me all day just for 1 cup to get down...Other fluids no problem sugar free juices of course...Smooches and keep me updated...

Linda, lol me to about the bathroom!!! It has slowed down a bit ...I am now day 4 ...They put me on Hydromorphone 4mg and wow it knocks me out they are very small pills but, help alot with the pain I had a hernia repair and adheshions (scar tissue removed)...So I think that is why the pain wakes me up...So glad that I finally have people asking questions it makes the day go by and helps forget about the pain. How are you feeling now? Did you have your surgery on the 10th as well? Hope you are doing better today smooches Stacey

Thanks again for asking how everything went and I will keep everyone up to date and you guys as well...But I think the gas parts is the worst....

Hello Everyone, I am banded I stayed over nitght got home late last nite.. The pain is fine what I expected...but, the diarrhea since I got home first nite at home was the worst (last nite) the gas pains...But, other then that doing great...Drink slowly haven't got sick just the diarrhea is unbarrable...Good luck to next weeks December Delights...Smooches

Well 2 more days and oh I can't wait...My hubby is so supportive which is so nice....My son is in the Navy and he is coming home Friday I am so happy he is not going out to sea until Jan 2010 so even though I will miss him LOTS it will be nice for him to see the difference in my weight loss...Funny I am posting on my own visitors page but, I needed to talk and I wish so bad they had a chat on here like aim if anyone has aim hit me up my name is harleyhottieeee add me and we can chat while going through this together..,.smooches
