hi...i was banded on 4.30.09 and have rec'd 2 fills. i'm new to this forum. i have lost 18 lbs and still get hungry between meals this really is just a tool, and sometimes it's so hard to keep the diet together and could be so easy to cheat. i've too have been fighting my weight all my life and sometimes it gets to be too hard. anyway, i'm trying every day and hope that this is the answer. anybody out there having a tough time? I'm so glad this forum is here.

hi everybody, i'm new to this blog..first entry....have a question. i was banded on april 3oth and i am still so tired thruout the day, but can't seem to sleep very well at night like i used to. is it normal to be this tired after 4 wks. hellp...:biggrin:

Hi everybody, I am new to this forum. I was banded in april of this year, and i have a question. does everyone have days that you just have no energy. i know it's only been a month, but some days i just have no energy if do it only lasts a few hours. help..
