Have you had your follow up appointment yet? I had my appointment this past Tuesday, and the dietician told me that I was doing alright and was ok to start soft diet on Saturday (yesterday). They evaluate on a case-by-case basis, so if they didn't tell you to advance at your appointment, I would call them on Monday to make sure they want you to.
