Surgery Date!!
attitudefree replied to attitudefree's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Thanks Susan and VA! I know this is the perfect thing for me, but as a nurse I tend to think too much about the complications. Sometimes knowledge is trying on the mind! -
mmmmm...... what breathe would that be? Haven't heard about that

Do most of you tell friends, family or people at work about having WLS or do you keep it private. I guess they will figure it out but not sure how many people I want to know about it in the early stages. What did you do?

I am just glad to hear you can drink coffee after surgery!!!! I really enjoy my morning coffee time (the computer and my coffee cup). Someone told me my taste may change after surgery, and I may not like it anymore. I would be fine if my taste for some things changed but I do enjoy my "coffee time" ..... I guess it could be "Protein time instead"

What is your typical exercise routine? How often? How strenuous? How soon after surgery can you start? Questions Questions Questions? Thanks for your help

Is the sleeve a second WLS surgery for most?
attitudefree posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
In reading it seems like the sleeve is the second WLS for a lot of people. Have any started out with the sleeve as their first surgery?
