hiiii I am doing okay, finally not sore. I have lost 10 lbs since the surgery but its kinda stopped now. today my dr started me on puree foods which is pretty nasty LOL but I am going to start walking tomorrow, 20 mins a day because I have yet to start excersizing, hope it helps. how are you???
