How much are you suppose to loose in a month? I've kinda plateau but.. im starting to drop again, and i just wanted to know an average weight loss a month.. (if you are working out hard)

My weight loss has slow down TREMENDOUSLY.. i started out at 296 almost 4 months ago (June 3) and now ive been sitting at 245 for awhile.. im really getting dwn i havent changed what i was eating much and i work out 4 times a week (although i did stop for 2 wks) I called my doctor and sch a fill, hope that works.. just venting.. =/

I had surgery in June and i started eating salad when i started eating raw fruits and veggies... which was 6 wks after surgery.. so im sure ur fine... as everyone suggested.. i would as the doc..

HEY ALL... I just turned 21 years old.. and i was banded June 3, 2009... this process has been fairly easy.. the first 3 days i was in pain and EXTREMELY bloated.. but i was back to normal activity the next week.. ( although my parents wouldnt let me drive.. lol) Since surgery I am down 45lbs... i think i am doin fairly well.. feel free to add me :w00t: -
