hello its just 5 more days til i get my band i am so excited i just cant believe it i have to b at hospital by 5:30am so the nurses can get me ready i hope the next 5 days pass as fast as the last 5 days have

Agree with liquid in - liquid out....theory but there are enough solids in the Trader Joe's powder to make some sort of solid movement. If you use a stick mixer with either a banana of the white of an apple and beaten until liquid, there are enough of natures solids to ease your TMI
