    Whoo Hoo...my packet is being sent off today. I had my pych eval last Mon and fulfilled my last nutrition class last friday. I should hear back in two weeks and will be making a surgery date for mid June to early July. : )

      I got my call yesterday. It only took 10 days so that wasn't too bad. My surgery date is July 16th.
